Lobster
This is my first lobster cooking experience. I feel like we did really well. Boiled in seasoned water. Really the shot glass of butter was unnecessary, the flavor of the meat was unreal.

Polenta
Sorry, few that look at my precious blog, I've been a little busy lately. A couple of weeks ago, inspired by the chicken Marsala event that happened, I decided to make polenta on my own. Corn meal mixed with water. Basil, Parmesan, and a little butter in the polenta mix. Then topped with spinach, asparagus, tomato sauce, bacon, ground pepper and a fried egg.
