Whole wheat pita with organic tomato sauce spread. Fresh spinach, thinly sliced tomatoes, broccoli, garlic, basil, Italian seasoning, pepper and mozzarella. Paired with a salad. I love Italian food, even when it is healthy.
Okay...fish and shrimp tacos are some of my favorites. The best is the black bean soup. So very healthy. Includes brown rice, tomatoes, garlic, red onion, cilantro, cumin, red pepper flakes, Monterrey jack cheese and avocado.
