Breakfast 1

This is just a quick little breakfast diddy. I love the combination of garlic, red onion, tomato, and spinach. I can just about use this combo for in anything, and for any meal. One of my favorites is to make an omelet, and beacuse I love breakfast probably the most, it's always fun to jazz it up a little with some sausage and cheese. Oh, and you always have to have some fruit!

Surprise Party!

At the Grey Moss Inn in San Antonio, Texas we had a surprise party for my mother. The food here was absolutely wonderful. I thought their plating work was simple and concise. The third one was a grilled chicken with "witches brew". Not sure what that is but it looked incredible. I had the tenderloin, the fourth pic, and it melted in my mouth. The open grill is very unique. Looked like a old well. Anyways, it was a wonderful party and a wonderful restaurant! I'll have pictures of the tasty beer and wine later!

It's Ravioli Time...

Sometimes when life is a little more chaotic then I would hope, a very simple meal is in order. Last night, I toasted some very potent roasted red pepper, mozzarella and basil ravioli. Yummy spinach salad on the side, and tomatoe sauce. I thought it was all really pretty all together. Hope you enjoy!

TMC Eats

And alot. I mean eating is my favorite, and cooking, well...its like art. I am not a chef, not a gourmet cook, I'm not really a foodie, I just love food. There will not be recipes on this blog, or exquisite diddies on the aroma and flavor. No critisicsm and or expensive ingredients. Just me eating, and other little tidbits on life and food (and drinks). There will be lots of picutres of the food I create, because my plate is my canvas, and from there, anything beatiful can happen.

PS. Don't be fooled by the cupcake. I mean, I love cupcakes, but sweets are not really my thing. I'm more about savory. But this picture is beatiful, courtsey of my sister, so I wanted to share it.
