Polenta





Sorry, few that look at my precious blog, I've been a little busy lately. A couple of weeks ago, inspired by the chicken Marsala event that happened, I decided to make polenta on my own. Corn meal mixed with water. Basil, Parmesan, and a little butter in the polenta mix. Then topped with spinach, asparagus, tomato sauce, bacon, ground pepper and a fried egg.
